My nineteenth birthday is in three weeks.  I know that mum and daddy are planning a party at the manor, and I'm sure that it will be a wonderful time- their parties always are.  I do hope to see a lot of people there!

My birthday will mean the end of the summer, however, and I'm rather regretting that I stayed in London for the whole season.  Oh well- lesson learned, I suppose.

I definitely need to go shopping before the event.  It's as good an excuse as any, isn't it?
